Léčba sepse prošla v posledních 3 letech dramatickým vývojem a výsledky řady studií dovolují považovat některé postupy za jednoznačně doporučené a snižující morbiditu/mortalitu. Cílem práce je přehled současných doporučení v léčbě sepse a septického šoku.
