Publikovaná doporučení Algoritmus diagnostiky maligní hypertermie v České republice [1] vzniklá v gesci Národního institutu kvality a excelence zdravotnictví Ministerstva zdravotnictví ČR (NIKEZ, https://nikez.mzcr.cz) jsou již třetím dokumentem ve formátu NIKEZ, který vznikl ve spolupráci a s odbornou garancí České společnosti anesteziologie, resuscitace a intenzivní medicíny ČLS JEP (ČSARIM), a chci i touto cestou poděkovat autorskému kolektivu za jejich práci v tak významném tématu – klinický výskyt maligní hypertermie (MH) je sice extrémně vzácný, prevalence genetické dispozice k MH tak vzácná ale není [2, 3]...
