The aim allogenic haematopoietic cells transplantation from bone marrow as well as peripheral blood is to destroy residual disease. This therapeuticmodality is associated with high mortality. The complications include endothelial damage syndrome, graft versus host reaction and infectiouscomplications. The authors describe all the complications in detail.
