Patient with Haematologic Malignity and Sepsis with Multiorgan FailureArticles

Sepsis with multiorgan failure in patients with haematologic malignity is associated with high mortality. It is caused by the specific basic diseaseand marked decrease in the function of the immune system induced by the aggressive therapy. The authors try to describe principal problems andtherapeutic possibilities.
