Anémie a krevní transfuze u kriticky nemocnýchIntensive Care Medicine
- Jednotka intenzivní péče I. interní kliniky, UK v Praze, Lékařské fakulty a Fakultní nemocnice v Plzni
Incidencí anémie a užíváním krevních transfuzí u kriticky nemocných se v poslední době zabývaly dvě významné studie: ABC trial [1] a CRIT study [2]. Obě studie byly observační multicentrické a zahrnuly velké množství pacientů. Zatímco studie ABC proběhla na jednotkách intenzivní péče v západní Evropě, studie CRIT byla provedena v USA.
