Anesteziologie a intenzivní medicína – 5/2024

PŘEHLEDOVÉ ČLÁNKY / REVIEW ARTICLES Rok 2024 v přehledu – Celková anestezie | 309 / Anest intenziv Med. 2024;35(5):305-310 / ANESTEZIOLOGIE A INTENZIVNÍ MEDICÍNA www.aimjournal.cz zavést a udržet v čase, je před námi ještě dlouhá cesta sledování kvality dat a ladění výkonnosti algoritmů s tím, jak se pacienti, intervence a kontext poskytování zdravotní péče dále vyvíjejí. Pokroky v monitorování DoA a integrace AI do anesteziologie zdůrazňují posun k personalizované, datově řízené péči o pacienta. Monitorování DoA stále zlepšuje výsledky, zejména u zranitelných skupin, zatímco AI slibuje zvýšení efektivity rozhodování a řízení operačních procesů. Budoucí výzkum by se měl zaměřit na překonání technických a etických výzev, aby se naplno využil potenciál AI v anesteziologii [34].
