Závěr Stejně jako v předchozích letech jsme se v tomto textu i tento rok snažili čtenářům předložit soubor zajímavých studií a zjištění publikovaných na sklonku roku 2022 a v průběhu roku 2023. Řada z nich byla očekávatelná na podkladě předchozích znalostí a jistě mezi nimi není žádná taková, která by zcela otočila kormidlem naší klinické praxe, ovšem v rámci každodenního zlepšování péče o kritické pacienty je jistě zajímavé sledovat i tyto drobné krůčky. Pro ty, kteří chtějí v našem přehledu sledovat nejen trendy minulé a rádi by sledovali i výhled do budoucnosti, bychom na závěr upozornili na několik prací zaměřených na budoucnost hemodynamické monitorace pomocí nositelné elektroniky (tzv. wearables), publikovaný v průběhu roku v prestižním časopise Nature [70, 71].
